AI Virtual Try‑On (Photo Upload & Consent)

The Nuelouk virtual try‑on feature allows you to see how a product might look on you by uploading a photo. This service is powered by Fashn.ai, a third-party technology partner specialized in privacy-focused AI image processing.

 Consent Requirement

Before accessing the try‑on, you must explicitly accept a consent modal that explains how your image is handled. This ensures full transparency and gives you full control. Without consent, the tool is fully disabled.

 How Your Photo is Processed

  • Your image is securely transmitted to Fashn.ai solely for the purpose of generating a virtual try-on preview.

  • Fashn.ai temporarily stores your photo for up to 72 hours. This buffer period helps ensure system stability and performance, especially if you revisit the preview.

  • After 72 hours, your photo is automatically and permanently deleted from Fashn.ai’s servers. No manual action is required on your part.

 Our Access & Handling

  • Although we technically have dashboard-level access to uploaded images through Fashn.ai, Nuelouk does not view, download, save, use, sell, or share these images in any way whatsoever.

  • The images are never used by us or Fashn.ai for:

    • Advertising

    • AI training

    • Biometric profiling

    • Facial recognition

    • Resale or transfer to third parties

  • Nuelouk also does not use these photos for any marketing or analysis purposes.

  • This feature is entirely optional and has no impact on your ability to browse or purchase from the store.

The virtual try‑on tool and its associated data handling are fully compliant with relevant U.S. privacy and biometric laws, including but not limited to:

 Consent & Activation

  • All messages and interactions are processed entirely within your browser. Nothing you type, upload, or say is ever transmitted to external servers for processing or storage.

  • Nuelouk does not access, monitor, collect, or store any chat history, images, or personal information from the chatbot.

  • We do not use your conversations for any advertising, analytics, or product training purposes.

  • The only data we collect is completely anonymous usage statistics, such as how many times the chatbot is used and how many times products are added to the cart. This data contains no personal identifiers and serves only to improve the general user experience.

 Chat History Deletion

  • Your conversation history is saved only locally in your browser.

  • You may delete your conversation at any time, permanently and immediately, as long as you are using the same browser and device.

  • Nuelouk has no technical access to this history, even temporarily.

This AI assistant is meant to guide not diagnose or prescribe. We encourage users to consult licensed professionals for personalized advice or medical concerns.

At Nuelouk, we offer a curated selection of cosmetic and skincare products manufactured by trusted third-party suppliers. Our current care line is produced and fulfilled by Formula Labs via Printify, a U.S.-based partner.
